Dyeing-Stage1
The sorted yarn is then sent for dyeing using only 100% Vat colour guaranteed dyes. PMP has its own dyeing units with state of art cheese dyeing techniques.

Kattari
Kattari is the traditional Tie dye process of yarn that brings about a graded effect in the woven lunghi.
yarn Winding
The colored yarn is then sent for winding in to cones for further production process
Warping
The colored cone yarn is warped using high tech warping machines set up by pmp and converted to beams suitable for weaving
Sizing
the beamed warp is sent for sizing using state of art sizing machines set up by pmp before entereing the looms
Weaving
the processed beam is sent for weaving on contract basis
Folding
the pieces received from looms are then folded for final packing
Packing
the folded pieces are then packed as per customer needs and then despatched .
